Um das Jahr 800 f\u00fchrten sie den Reisanbau in Spanien ein, zun\u00e4chst in Valencia und Murcia, sp\u00e4ter auch im Ebro-Delta und in der katalanischen Stadt Pals. Zusammen mit dem Reis brachten sie auch kulinarische Innovationen mit, darunter gef\u00fcllte Reisb\u00e4llchen mit Gem\u00fcse, Fleisch oder Fisch.<\/p><p>Gleichzeitig f\u00fchrten die Araber ihre ber\u00fchmten Kebbeh - gef\u00fcllte Fleischb\u00e4llchen - ein und inspirierten die Spanier, diese Konzepte an lokale Zutaten anzupassen, wie z. B. Gem\u00fcse f\u00fcr Reisf\u00fcllungen in Katalonien.<\/p><p>Von 827 bis 1091 stand Sizilien ebenfalls unter arabischer Herrschaft, ein Zeitraum, der sich \u00fcber 260 Jahre erstreckte. In dieser Zeit f\u00fchrten die Araber ihre K\u00fcche ein, darunter auch Rezepte f\u00fcr gef\u00fcllte Reisgerichte, aus denen sich sp\u00e4ter die sizilianischen Arancini entwickeln sollten. Auch nach dem Ende der arabischen Herrschaft unterhielt Sizilien von 1300 bis 1860 enge kulturelle und kulinarische Beziehungen zu Spanien, insbesondere zu den Regionen Aragonien und Katalonien. Dieser Austausch hat die Essgewohnheiten in den verschiedenen Regionen weiter gepr\u00e4gt.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
